Photo Hunt - Unique/Funny Signs

The Photo Hunters Scavenger Hunt was started by tnchick, and anyone can play along.

Mom said we could look thru her photos to find today's unique and/ or funny Photo Hunt post. We found one we really like and we think it is also furry funny. We cats appreciate humour and we likes a good laugh.....and, er, maybe this is no joke!!




















We asked mom what sort of 'persecution' the violators wood gets. She says she thinks they wood be tossed into Lake Okeechobee and told to 'swim for it'.......yikes! When our beans were there they didn't test the rools of the South Florida Water Management District. We wouldn't eefur because we've never had to swim for our lives and that might be very scarity.

Mindy: Do you think there are 'gators in dare, Moe?
























Moe: Of course, Mindy, there would be gators.......(gasp) so NO going fur any swim in da "big lake" whatever da reason!

Finally Friday

We finally saw it again.



That colourful big bird.



We heard it squawk first, checked out da window, den we saw it.



That is one huge, delicious looking, bird. It is so close we can almost taste touch it.

Thursday - Thirteen

Mindy: Moe, do we have something for Thursday's thirteen?

Moe: Yes, I have an idea. Mom's been baking this morning. She says she is making some things for a bake sale. I saw this plate of cookies.



Moe: Mindy, I counted thirteen cookies on this plate.



Look, Mom made a whole bunch of cookies!

Mindy: While mom was busy, I took advantage of the time to stretch out on da floor.


Do I look relaxed?

Moe: yep, but I knows how to spend some time while mom's busy too. Here's my stretch.



We were good cats and didn't even bother mom (much) for treats while she was trying (hee, hee) to get dose cookies made. Hey, she did a good job, we're proud. You know , I'll bet there's some tasty cat treats mom could bake for us, but maybe we won't suggest that today......we recommended she sit down and relax wif a coffee.

Wednesday - Not Really Wordless

Mindy says: Moe, what ya thinking about?


Moe says: I am thinking that it is so nice and warm by the window when the sun shines.


Mindy says: I am going to tidy up mom's plant, bat it around a little.


Mindy says: Just a little more to the left should do it.

Mancat Monday

He's back home! This is me and tall son. He's home from kollege. I sure missed him lots. He's the reason Mindy and I came here. He kept asking mom and dad if we could come and stay.


















I am a happy mancat.


















All that cuddling and being cute and being grateful is a sure way to work up my appetite . I figure tall son missed me lots too, so I should be able to work a few treats outa him.



oh, oh I don't see any treat in his hand. Guess I will have to show him where the treat bag is. I think you all can see it too, right there on da countertop. Temptations chicken flavor, yum.

Well if Moe is going to get treats, it's time for me to walk in front of tall son and let him know I'm here too. I think I will stare at him for a while, that always works. Just to be sure I'll give him a couple of head butts on his ankles.

Easy Like Sunday

We saw mom outside getting some pictures of flowers.



These flowers grew from bulbs mom planted last fall. Can efferyone tell that she bought these from da bargain page of da plant catalogue? Ha, ha, ha! Ther's more bulbs planted there an you can see some green stuff in da background. Now take a closer look.....trust us they look much better close-up, but you has to get closer to da ground, about cat height.

Well, I gotta go finish my nap.



















Mindy: I have to give mom credit for even getting those bulbs into the ground before freeze-up.



















I remember her rushing around last fall wif a small shovel and muttering to herself. Encouragement, maybe?

Photo Hunt - Thirteen (13)

We came up with an idea for 'thirteen'. Mom had to help us wif this one. We had a lot of trouble not eating these tasty treats before the picture got taken. These little squares are so delicious, that we wish da food lady would line them up like this every day and we would take care of eating cleaning them up.



















We're not sure, but they also come in different flavors, maybe there are thirteen flavors!

Finally Friday - Fotos of Us

We are glad that it is finally getting warmer where we live.




Mindy: I am on da table.



















I see Moe. If I could sneak up on him, I would whap him and run. I like the chase game.

Wednesday Chillin' Out

Mindy: I am still finking about yesterday and all the fun we had going around to some birthday parties and a desert bar-b-Q. See, I'm still licking my lips from all the hot sauce.


























Moe: I enjoyed stretching out in the desert sun and listen' to da Mariachi band. Well, it is getting warmer at home now, but I like to bake in the hot sun......I was a little baked after all da parties.
