Team Tabby - Desktop Meme

We were tagged by Mickey for the desktop meme.

On the screen, Mom has a picture of me - the lovely (irresistible) Mindy. Her desktop is messy, those icons are about to encroach onto me! The computer keeps asking her to 'clean up' those unused icons, but she won't listen. Okay, she claims that others using her computer put some of those on....oh, yes, here come the excuses.... yadda, yadda....I can't hear you, my paws are over my ears.

Here are the rules for the meme:

Upon receiving this tag, immediately perform a screen capture of your desktop.
It is best that no icons be deleted before the screen capture so as to add to the element of fun. Here’s how you can do a screen capture:

1.Go to your desktop and press the Print Scrn key (located on the right side of the F12 key).

2.Open a graphics program (like Picture Manager, Paint, or Photoshop) and doing a Paste (CTRL + V). If you wish, you can “edit” the image before saving it.

3.Post the picture on your blog. You can also give a short explanation on the look of your desktop if you want. You can explain why you prefer such a look or why it is full of icons. Things like that.

4.Tag five of your friends and ask them to give you a Free View of their desktops as well.

Taking Friday Off

Mom's been busy. All day today as well. Dad's gone away so not much is happening. This is a perfect time to take a long nap. Well first things first, I'll get a snack, then curl up in my favorite (big yawn) position and chill out for a while. Let us know if anything exciting happens today.

A Silly Picture

Sometimes my sisfur does the strangest things. Here she is in the throne room. No, she doesn't drink the water in da bowl, but she likes to watch it swirl around. Okay I have a thing for moving water too. Usually I play in my water dish. Maybe Mindy was trying out the seat because it was new or just comfortable. Dunno, but she parked herself there for some odd reason. We don't do well, trying to figure each other out....Moe.

We hasta keep watch. Hafta be ready. Angel cat might be out for his early morning stroll - in our yard. Maybe the squirrel will make an appearance again. Mindy, you keep up wif da watching, I'm gonna go see if I can find somethin to eat in da kitchen.

Facts about Moe

My sisfur, Mindy, tagged me for random facts.

So here are some random facts about me.

1. I like to eat.

2. I live in a century house. Mom says
that means it is over 100 years old.
Wow, it's almost as old as mom.

3. I like to sleep wif my paw over my
nose.

4. I can hear mom taking the lid of the
cottage cheese container from another
room. I have very good food hearing.

5. I love to chase da red dot around
the floor and up the walls, when dad or
tall son bring out the laser toy.

6. I was born outside, but I love
being an inside kitty acause I love my
comforts.

7. I have a sisfur, called Mindy.

8. I'm the one that wakes mom at
breakfast time. I poke with my paw 'n
if dat doesn't work, I dive bomb her
feet in bed. Dat works.

9.I am an orange tabby or maybe it's
ginger tabby. I also have a few black
whiskers.

10. I do not like having my nails
clippped.

11. If I'm hungry and the beans are
upstairs I get them to follow me down
the stairs - I do not try to trip them
on purpose, but I still get accused of
attempted murder.

12. Sometimes I play wif da water in my
dish.

13. Once I helped mom wif her painting
da window sill. I checked for wet
paint. Then I hadda walk across da
floor until my paws were dry.

Random facts about me by Mindy.

1. I am a grey 'n white bicolor tabby
wif a white tummy.

2. I have a ginger brofur called Moe.

3. I can curl my lip and squint my eye
at the same time so it looks like I'm
imitating Elvis.

4. I like to lie in the middle of the
middle step on the stairs and make
everyone go around or over me.

5. My favorite napping place is in the
attic. I have a cat basket there which
is beside a window - absolute heaven.

6.I love tummy rubs, I will flip over
and look cute. No one can resist me.

7. Cat nip doesn't affect me the way it
does Moe. I like to eat it though.

8. I am playful. I can amuse myself. I
like to tag people when they walk by.

9. I hide during thunderstorms.

10. I am scared of people, but my
curiosity overcomes my fears and I come
out of hiding.

11. I am not food driven, I take time
to savor my food, unlike by brofur.

12. I was born outside and was the last
kitten to become tame.

13. I was the only girl in my litter.

Most of the cats in the blogosphere have been tagged, so I will tag Poppy the little Blonde Chichahua. She visits our blog and lives wif her sisfur cat Clover. In the beginning life was tough for her, but now she has a wonderful forever home. I also tag my brofur, Moe.
