Finally Friday

We've been checking a few blogs and realize it is time to put up our fake tree for Christmas.  We used to have a 'real' tree.  It was lots of fun.  There was always flavored water underneath it to drink and the branches smelled like the outdoors.  We used to taste those branches, to make sure our tree was nice and fresh.  The new tree is not as much fun, though.  The fun is in watching our people try and remember how it all goes together, always a struggle, hee, hee.

Beginning the Second Week of Advent

Our 'beans were gone a couple of days this week, but returned Saturday night.  They went to visit some family members that will be away at Christmas and celebrated with good food, fellowship and a few laughs. They are done with traveling for now and we are more than happy about that.
