In September of last year, 2017, sadly Mike crossed the Rainbow Bridge to join his brothers aka 'brofurs'....Cookie, Moe, BonBon and Skie. They will all exist in our hearts now and always. (Moe) This is how I am going to spend Friday.....being on a comfortable pile of cat mats near a window. I hope mom remembers to raise the blind by the sofa so I can have a new view outside.

IDYA#3: DUYS(Dress Up Your Staff)
We accepted this dare, heh, heh. We found a pichure of our beans that just might do.
Last June they went to a quilt show and there was a quilt on display with cutouts where the faces should be. Evfurryone was supposed to put ther face through these cutouts and git their picture taken if they wants to. We overheard mom say that this cutout quilt represented 'red hat ladies' at a quilt show. We don't know what that is, but they sure looked funny and they are 'dressed up' - in a way ha, ha.
So we think it fits the "silly, comical" or even "weird" category. Yup, beans can be weird.

Home At Last
We arrived home to no lights, no heat, and no water. Humph, we go away for a few days (on a fantastic Road Trip) and THIS is what happens?
It seems a storm went through our area on Sat. night. Power was not restored until Mon. afternoon. Good news is we have heat, light and internet which leaves? - r-i-g-h-t - we still have no water! Tomorrow, with any luck, we will get a new water pump. The bright side is - there was no storm damage to our home, except for the pump and that may or may not be because of the storm. However, this whole situation is trivial to what California has just been through!
We landed home just about supper time.
