A Cherish Meme - for Miss Peach

Adan and Michico started this wonderful Meme for Miss Peach -

"Hey, everyone, this time, I decide to start this cherish meme, here are some ways (depends on which person you write), and bring our love to Miss Peach~! She always makes us know what love is!
1. tell us what is the most sweetest warm thing you will do to your mommy (what is the sweetest thing that your kitty will do to you)
2. And, hug your mommy, tightly... (and, hug your kitty....tightly...)
3. Tag your good friend...
4. Leave your computer, and continuing hug each other..."

Moe: I love to greet my beans at the front door when they get home. I give them lots of headbutts and purrs. I like to be wherever they are.

Mindy: I love to be where dad and mom are, too. Mom is my special person and I love her to give me ear scritches and my favorite tummy rubs. That's when I purr loudest for her and I love to sit on her lap, she likes this.

We both know that mom and dad love us a lot.

Dear Miss Peach, both of us hope that by sending our loving thoughts and prayers, you will hear us and know that we care about you.

Photo Hunt - Pink

Photo Hunters

The color pink is a combination of red and white.

Moe seems to be very comfy on this pink fleece.

These pink asters bloom in our garden every year in early fall.

Also you'll notice we've gone "pink" on our blog for October. This is for "Breast Cancer Awareness"

Full Moon Friday

We took a picture last night, of the Hunters Moon. It was very clear and a bit nippy. We have been having such warm days 'n nights. The leaves on the tree have turned lovely colours and are only now starting to fall.

We lit our tiki lamps last night too, there was no breeze and they looked so nice, but we'll be putting them away soon.

Mom took this picture of me and started to play around with it. Beans sure do weird things. She can take all the pictures she wants as long as this doesn't interfere with my meals and snacks. I know how to remind her if i need to, and there is no way she can ignore me. Sometimes I have to stand in front of the 'puter monitor, though, to get attention - that works. Or, I will say "ow-ah" over and over.

Okay Moe, move over, my turn to blog. A busy day for me - I watched out the windows for any suspicious activity, I followed mom around to make sure she did all her chores. Checked that we had a few cans of stinky goodness to last the weekend. I decided I needed to take a break from running from room to room, so I flopped for a few minutes to rest.

Costume Ideas

Mom saw this picture in the newspaper yesterday. We thought our friends would like to see "Newman" showing off his firefighters costume. Newman has the same color and markings of our NOMSSFriend, Lucky . Lots of cats and woofies are getting ready to dress for Halloween.

Mom, are your working on our costumes?

Wet and Mild Wednesday

I think it's going to rain today, and I'm going to watch the raindrops.

If it rains, then I'll stay here in the kitchen.

Happy Dance

I am so happy, happy, happy because I got an award from Willow who likes to hear about me (Mindy). We are alike in many ways: I am grey and white with small patches of cream, we both have white markings in the same places, we are girls, and we both live with an orange tabby! Hee, hee, how cool is that! This is Willow's picture.

I (Moe) got an award from China Cat because she likes to read about me on our bloggie. Thank you so much! I like hers very much too. Did you know that we look so much alike that we could be twins? Above is China Cat's picture.

We would like to give the "I Love Your Blog Award" to Tiger Lily
because we like her blog and like to hear about her and the other kitties and woofies.

Easy Like Sunday

It is a beautiful Sunday just like a summer day, warm and sunny.....except it's October and it's about 17C!

I'll freshen up a bit.

Here's my tidied profile.

Watching Moe makes me yawn!

I think I'll take things easy - it's Sunday

Our Beans Are Home

Our beans are back. They showed us pictures of Blue Sea Beach. They went for a walk on that beach when they were away. They found these footprints leading into the water.

You can walk a long way on this beach.

This is the shell of an Atlantic Jackknife clam

Are these footprints or tracks?

This is the wetland located on the landward side of the beach. There
was a heron wading and fishing.

This big piece of machinery was once used in a salt mine. The mine was in the same area as the beach. Mom liked the shadow it cast.

We are very glad they are home now

Thursday to Saturday Night

It seems mom and dad are going away tonight. They are going out of town until the weekend. No one is available to help us wif our blog. Tall Son is no good wif blogs at all. He doesn't even like blogs. Guess what? He doesn't read ours.

We thought we should make the most of things and post some pictures at least.

I am, bored wif da picture t
aking.......Moe

There's that flashy box again (sigh).

Wasn't too bad this time, mom figured out how to take a picture this evening wifout using the flashy gizmo. Ahhh, sweet relief..........Mindy

Mom wanted us to put these pictures on our blog. Huh, it's stuff that she has in da kitchen. She thinks its cool "cat" themed things. Beans are really weird. "None" of these actually look like real cats, nope, never. We didn't want to hurt her feelings, tho.

For instance, this one, orange with purple stripes!

And this big plate, hanging over the door to "our" room. Good thing she didn't remember to get a picture of da curtains!

Hope they won't be gone too long, we might get lonely. Tall Son will be away day hunting or sometimes it's night hunting - he never tells us ahead of time. He doesn't understand the importance of giving us our meals and snacks on time - he's not well
trained like mom.

We won't run out of food in da meantime - we gots a big bag and some cans of stinky goodness. Eating is a good way to pass the time until they get back.
