1) I like to hunt for mice and give them to mom as a 'gift'

2) I love to eat, my own as well as the other cats' food

3) I go crazy for catnip

7) I hate to wear anything, so I don't dress up

Mindy:

1) I am shy with strangers, but curious too

3) I don't like pawdicures, I like my nails long

Bono:

1) I am a 'whitester', and I work at keeping my furs gleaming

3) Except at night I sometimes 'yodel', the beans notice everytime

4) I used to live with a lot of other cats and was scared of some of them

5) I like my new home

6) I am about 13 years old

7) My favorite spot is my cardboard mini box on top of the mini fridge, where I can look out da kitchen window - there's a yew tree there wif lots of birdies.

8) My other favorite spot is up high on top of the microwave or the big fridge, mom puts leftover crunchies up there and I find them.

9) I love to curl up with mom at night on the bed, I snore.

10) I am a happy cat, honest, but mom says I have sad eyes. I think that's because I am thoughtful.

Moe: I wonder if mom liked the little gift I left for her?



Oh, you probably think I yacked up a hairball or something! Naw, I went hunting and I caught a mouse in da house, cool huh?. I left it on the dining room chair beside mom's camera bag. Boy was she surprised! I don't know what she did with my gift, but I don't see it around anymore.

Bono: You are probably wondering what I am doing.


















Looks like I am sleeping or playing hide 'n seek. Ha, ha, I am resting my eyes!
A mancat needs to be...um, alert. I am - really ...... alert that is. I can still hear everything that goes on.

Did anyone else dress up for Friday?

Diva Day

It's 'Diva Day', at least on this blog, hee, hee. It's my turn to post and the boys don't want to argue with me - smart of them, isn't it?



















I am relaxing and mom is watching a program on TV. Too cold to sit by the window and look out, so I will stay here.

Mom got a picture of a blue jay at the suet feeder. The feeder is for woodpeckers and chickadees, but blue jays get hungry too.



















On her way back from the gas station, mom stopped at the side of the road. She saw a car leaving the road and making its way down onto the ice. She had her trusty camera.



















She thought these people were crazy. True, this is the 'head' of our big bay on the ocean, and the ice thicker, however two nights ago it was mild enough for us to get rain. It is cold again though and this gives an opportunity for sliding in vehicles. I think they are crazy too.

Furball Friday

We are all curling up in our beds wif da blankets over our noses. The temperature outside around here is -18C......burrrrrr!

Just before dark, sonbean went out into the yard and lit a sparkler. Maybe it was to cheer us up.....you know sort of a "fire and ice" shot.

Bono Blogs on Tuesday

Bono here, or if you want to be formal "Bon Bon" and I am helping with our blog for today. It is very important to to get into the proper position for blogging. I like to snoopervise what is being typed into the computer, I need to see the screen and I like to be comfortable doing this. However, mom the typist, says that this is not always practical.



I do this quite often and sometimes do my own typing, which again is not all that practical. Those keyboard keys, give my toes a nice massage when I walk back and forth over them. Mom complains when I do this that I order the computer to open all kinds of applications and pages. Well deal with it mombean, cause I like to do this and it makes me happy!

Moe this time. Do you all want to know what I call an excellent day?


An excellent day for me is checking the food container and finding the top loose. Yipee, this makes my day - until mom finds out, even then it's still a good day.

Mindy: I am up in my loft. I have all the space and hide-y places I want. My domain.


Sometimes one of the boys comes up here. What really raises my furs is when either Moe or Bono, mostly Moe, takes my special bed by the attic window. The nerve. What should I do? Install a trip wire or a nail belt? Is that too devious?
