It's Caterday and Cold!

Where we are, our Saturday is freezing cold!  However, the sun is shining and that makes all the difference to us.

Here is one of our windows, see the frost - proof you know.

Mindy

I like to look out of that window, and when the sun shines it is very warm on my fur.  So what if it is cold outside, I am inside!  Plus I can keep a watch on what is going on in the neighbourhood.

Mike

 I already checked that window, took one look and thought to myself -  'yep  cold out there'  and went to find a comfortable bed to snooze on. 

 Moe

 I will be the optimistic one, because I heard that it is going to warm up considerably by tomorrow.  I am counting on that.  That way I will get to see lots of activity outside, especially looking forward to - my favorite activity - bird watching.

Cookie

 Can you see me?  I am the handsome one next to the wall.  I am not very happy that Moe photobombed me.   Has this every happened to any of you out there?

Sunday Evening

 

Moe:

I am so helpful.  I love doing the dishes!  I don't think my efforts are appreciated sometimes.

 

 

Mindy:

I am getting my beauty rest.  How am I doing?

 

Mike:

I really think it was MY turn to do the dishes....rats!

 

Cookie:

Do I hear someone calling me?

I hope it is time for supper.

I might be hungry enough, that I might not leave anything leftover.

 

It was a beautiful day!

Even if we lost an hour of it due to the time change!

 

Tabby Tuesday

Mike

This is how you spend Tuesday.  I mean mom just finished vacuuming the sofa and getting rid of our cat fur - now I have the hard job of putting all that fur back on it.  It is hard work, I need a rest.

Moe:

Don't tell my humans, but this table is where I found this lovely sunspot! 

Mindy:

 I got this chair first and it's way at the end of the living room.  It is quiet and cozy here.

Cookie:

While the other cats are getting their 'easy on', I think I will do some bird watching or hunt around in the kitchen to see what's cooking.  In any case I want to wish everyone a great Tuesday.

Here I am on the sofa with all my favorite towels and blankets.  See that nice ray of sunshine?

 

Cookie

I am upstairs at the entrance to 'my' office.  I've caught a few warm rays of sun too.

 

 

Mike

Where shall I find my warming ray of sun.  Will it be downstairs or upstairs?  Decisions, decisions.  Maybe I will sleep on that thought.

 

 

Moe

I've found a sunny window sill.   Oh, and when did this get put here?  All changes in this house need my approval.  I haven't given it yet!
