Beginning the Second Week of Advent

Our 'beans were gone a couple of days this week, but returned Saturday night.  They went to visit some family members that will be away at Christmas and celebrated with good food, fellowship and a few laughs. They are done with traveling for now and we are more than happy about that.

We can relax now,

As we approach the festive season, it is a time to keep in mind those who need our prayers and our support.  Abby over at  MANX MNEWS says this so well.

You all look so content! We agree, it's good to count our blessings and purr for those less fortunate.

Thank you for the compliment about mom's quilts. The raffle will be running until Christmas day, so your mom still has time to buy a ticket for either the lap robe or the quilt. All proceeds go to PlusOne's trip to Europe, Italy and Greece with People to People Student Ambassadors.

Mom Julie took a cardboard me on her trip. I think she's glad to be home to enjoy the home fires and my happy purrs.

We've been by Ginger's blog. It's heartwarming to see such an outpouring of support.

Happy advent, furriends!
