Mancat and Holiday Monday

When mom was helping wif our blog yesterday an intense thunderstorm came up, it didn't last long but sure was intense. Den mom had to go out and take boxes and boxes of stuff to Value Village, she was gone a while. She started to help us wif our blog for today, but dat thunderstorm came back! The nerve. We hadda hide some more. It was dark by then and der was lots of flashes. We are counting our blessings though, because we are not facing Hurricane Gustav. Today we are purring and praying for those who are in its path.

We made some "postcards" for everyone, hope you like them.

Mindy: This one is for 'Labour Day' and it's a holiday here. Most stores are closed and businesses are closed. Mom helped me wif it.

Moe: Since Mindy has the holiday as her theme, I am going with 'Mancat Monday'. Bet there are a lot of mancats out there that would like to sail our big bay. Actually I've never been sailing, but it's a dream of mine. I heard that cats used to work aboard ships catching mice and rats that destroyed valuable cargo.

We hope everyone has a relaxing day! Oh, one more thing, Grahamn has a new story about the Kracker Cats that you might like to read. He is a good story teller.

Oh look at those lovely postcards. It's horrible that the storm keeps coming when you want to blog--but storms seem to be like that.

Oh, what beautiful postcards that you both made! I hope that the booming is over for you. It doesn't bother me very much but Willow runs and hides under the bed!

Purrrrrrrrrrrs, China Cat
