I am Mindy an indoor cat and I am a senior grey and white bi-color tabby girl. This is my blog which I write with help from my human. In September of last year, 2017, sadly Mike crossed the Rainbow Bridge to join his brothers aka 'brofurs'....Cookie, Moe, BonBon and Skie. They will all exist in our hearts now and always. I hope you will continue to follow these blogging stories from "Team Tabby" with me and remembering those who came before.

Tabby Tuesday
That same storm that has been hitting Eastern North America is here now. The snow is switching to sleet and the wind has risen. Mom says winter weather has come early this year.
Last night I sat looking out the window, not much to see cause it was dark, but I could hear the wind. Glad I have a warm place to call home.
I don't like it when the wind makes whistling sounds (Mindy)
Mom calls the plant in the dining room with the red flowers, her goldfish plant because the flowers look like fish. It is also called a columnea. These plants are in the same family as african violets and gloxinia. We think it makes our house festive because of da red color. It is not nearly as nice as a catnip plant though.

Oh gosh My Mummy used to have one of those and called it a lipstick plant!
Yes, your mom is right, Ramses, the flowers are red like a lipstick! Some people think it's our Christmas cactus....but those are not ready to bloom yet.

Sorry to hear you're getting that storm. I hope it's over quickly for you.
It does look like little fishies on your plant! That's very neat-o. I hope you two are staying warm and cozy.
That plant is really cool. Mom had to look at it twice to make sure they really were flowers. Mindy, you look very focused. The sun will come out, I promise.
