I am Mindy an indoor cat and I am a senior grey and white bi-color tabby girl. This is my blog which I write with help from my human. In September of last year, 2017, sadly Mike crossed the Rainbow Bridge to join his brothers aka 'brofurs'....Cookie, Moe, BonBon and Skie. They will all exist in our hearts now and always. I hope you will continue to follow these blogging stories from "Team Tabby" with me and remembering those who came before.

PhotoHunt - Smelly
Smelly - pungent or herbal
Catnip leaves are strong smelling if crushed. Some cats seem to experience a "high" and act a bit silly like Moe (orange tabby). Other cats like Mindy (white/grey tabby) are unaffected and simply eat it. The potted plants in the picture are catnip seedlings, of course.
Smelly - foul (very)
Another plant, this one is a member of the mushroom/fungus family and is called a Stinkhorn. Found two of these growing in the lawn. Trust me you don't have to search for these, their disgusting odor makes their presence known. Need a good frost to get rid of them!

Mr Smokey (my cat) loves catnip...I used him for smelly...Great post!
Great smelly themes for the Hunt!! Moe your belly is so cute, my Mom wants to rub it. We love catnip, too.
We've never seen the second mushroom and if it smells, we are glad!
Your FL furiends,
No wonder they're called stinkhorn.
Haven't heard of it!
Great one for this week's smelly theme.
what a great post--our cats into "the nip" too.
HE HE! We did the smelly catnip too!
Those are both great photos for smelly! Catnip is wonderful, but only really strong catnip affects me these days.
I think it's great that you put up two kinds of smelly. I have heard about stinkhorns, but we don't have them around here.
I do consider you good friends. Thank you so much for your kind wishes and prayers. They seem to be working. My sister-in-law is improving and may be discharged and be able to come home Tuesday.
Fine shots all! My cats do not react to catnip at all.
that "stinkhorn" looks evil. LOL
[my smelly involves a cat too]
Drop by and see my "smelly blog" today if you have time.
Eeeewww! I never saw Stinkhorn before. It even looks smelly!
That "stinkhorn" looks icky!!
I don't think I want to smell it,but I will smell the catnip!!
I think I'll take the catnip over the stinkhorn ok?! ;)
Moe looks like he's so under the influence he needs someone to bring him the nip. He can't even get up.
