This is not my best side, I have scratches on my cheek and nose. I just can't help myself, before I know it, I'm in a whapping duel over somethin' wif da other cats. Mombean says I usually start it and come off the worse for it......how about some sympathy, huh!

This kitty comes regularly to peer into our window from outside. This morning the window is frosty, but this does not deter our visitor. Wanna see?

Thursday with Us

Mombean seems to be out a lot.......the weather has been super, do ya s'pose that might be the reason? More likely it's because Christmas is coming - soon.

Mindy: I hope she does some more baking. The things she's already made went out of da house - she gave the stuff away!!



I keep hoping that during her baking frenzy she'll share some of that butter or cream wif us.

Bono: Yeah, Mindy I agree. Even if it's only a spot of milk. I sit right by the fridge ...hoping.

Ok, ok, I hadda take a nap. I got tired, and there's no activity in the kitchen. I think mombean went outside to put Christmas lights on our evergreens outside. I think she is getting carried away, she already put lights on the back deck.

Cookie: Usually I help mombean with our blog. I position myself between the keyboard and the monitor. Good spot don't you think?

Today I figured she could go it alone while I nap in this comfy box. I'll check back later to make sure our post gets made.

Moe: I just had a thought. I wonder if mombean needs some help wif decorating for Christmas?

In that case, I must get into the spirit of things! I wonder where my holiday hat is? Haven't decided if I'll actually wear it, but I like to know where it is.

Mike: What Moe? Tell me you're kidding me - about the hat.

If you wear the hat, I'll sing, how's that? Mombean says I have a great singing voice - though, no singing after midnight.

Has everyone made out their Christmas list yet?

Saturday Mystery

Look what mombean found on the kitchen counter top.



Yes, of course, it is a loaf of cinnamon bread with raisins and certainly very tasty...er I mean, I imagine it is. Somehow Mombean is blaming me for the torn bag and the snacking.


Of course, I showed the others how to perform this task, but why do I get the blame? Really it could have been any one of us. I suppose I have been caught a few times with other yummy things, but it doesn't mean it was me this time. Do I look innocent - enough?

Here We Are Thursday

Mindy: Sometimes you have to look up to see things.

Mombean said she looked up today - at the sky. There were snowflakes falling. When they hit the ground, they melted.

Moe: When I look up, I want to see something really good.


For me that usually means food - and someone willing to share!

Bono: I am a patient kind of mancat.

I am right now in the kitchen, I stare at the beans...and you know, it works for me. I usually get some sort of treat.

Cookie: Today, Thursday, I went to the back door. I just love to go out this door and out to the deck.

There was a huge problem. It was drizzling at first, I came in. Then I went out again, this time there were some snow flurries, and in I came. Can anyone tell when where summer went?

Mike: Sometimes the other cats don't like me.

They tell me it's because I am big, loud and pushy. Do you think that could be true? I can't believe that myself.

Bono: You might be confused, my former owner called me BonBon or usually Bonnie. Now I am referred to as BonBon or Bono by my new beans...... but never Bonnie.



I am an older and quiet gentleman. However, did you notice how handsome I am?

Girls Day

It's me, Mindy - on Saturday!


I made the boys take a break, it's my turn to blog. I get my beauty sleep and I keep my weight down, and I was thinking of trying those soft paws - maybe in pink. I'll have to discuss this with mombean. For now I'll just enjoy the spotlight.

Say Cheese

Bono: I hate dat camera, so I am ignoring it. Dadbean, what do you have in your hands? I think it's something I just can't ignore.


Moe: This means we gotta check this out more carefully, can't miss any opportunity.


Mike: Yeow, dadbean, down here. I am your favorite mancat, right?


We better get together on this. All together now......CHEESE!


Yummmmmm, nice of dadbean to share some of his cottage cheese....it's the best!
