I am Mindy an indoor cat and I am a senior grey and white bi-color tabby girl. This is my blog which I write with help from my human. In September of last year, 2017, sadly Mike crossed the Rainbow Bridge to join his brothers aka 'brofurs'....Cookie, Moe, BonBon and Skie. They will all exist in our hearts now and always. I hope you will continue to follow these blogging stories from "Team Tabby" with me and remembering those who came before.

Award
Ages ago we got "This Blog Has Glamor Award" from Jasmim.
Thank you so much for giving this to us.

If money were no object, list five things on your wish list that would add a little oomph to your life.
1. a few hundred cases of Temptations kitty treats in all the available flavours.
2. a field of prim-o catnip
3. our own private screened patio with access to the kitchen
4. no trips to the vet
5. stinky goodness on demand
Our list of eight things to do before we die:
1. investigate the woods behind our house
2. a chance to try catching those birdies we see from our windows
3. beat up intooder cats in our yard
4. be able to speak 'human' so we can make our beans understand a few important things - we've tried our best, especially Mike
5. visit the basement - we've never been allowed there.
6. visit another neighbourhood
7. try out some fishing in the pond
8. Oh, almost forgot, win the lottery so we can do a whole bunch more things

Introoder!
We checked our windows as usual looking for introoders in our backyard. Found one. TallSon told us that it looks like an over-sized gerbil.
Then mom came to take a look. She says that it's the woodchuck (aka groundhog) that lives next door. Apparently there is a den in our neighbour's yard. She was a bit worried when she saw it because they like to eat green things and it might want the delicious looking garden plants.
So we watched it for a while. Mom was very happy to see that it was chowing down on the goutweed in our yard. This weed is a pest in our gardens. We heard her mumble "gobble it up, eat all you want, furball".
'Beans really are strange, aren't they?

Mike is Proud
Hi all, it's me, MIKE, posting today. This is because I gots somethin' to say.I am a mighty hunter.Nobody around here would have believed it,but it's true!
A few nights ago, mom was still up and she heard me. I came running
upstairs to where she was and I was more vocal than usual. Yes, I am a vocal cat, mom says I never stop. So guess what? She ignores me. Yes, I had my snack before betime etc. so she figured it was nothing but me having my say. However, I wouldn't quit. After all I had something to show her, but she wasn't listening or looking (sigh). Anyway I tried some really, really different vocalizing. That got her attention.
So she came over to see what was up with me. Boy did I surprise her. I had caught a mouse. Okay, okay it was a small mousie, but it still counts. I managed to get it dead though, but mom was still amazed. Then she gave me Temptations treats. Yum. I don't know what she did with my prize, but I gots some more treats. I feel proud that my hunting skills are still good.

We gots a brand new trash can for da kitchen. Take a look!
Heavy duty, heh! It has a metal fastener on the lid, so that when our buddy, Mike, pushes it over, he can't drag out the trash and spread it over the kitchen floor. Aunty Bean found this trash container for mombean. So far - so good!
Come on, Mike, we know it's you. You sure make a racket in da kitchen, then we hear mom bean running to see what you are doing. Mombean says you always have your mouth open hollerin' for food.

After all that fuss Mike, did you get enough enuff to eat? Anyway we saw mombean smiling at the trash can, do you think she's a little stressed this morning?
