It's me, Mindy - on Saturday!


I made the boys take a break, it's my turn to blog. I get my beauty sleep and I keep my weight down, and I was thinking of trying those soft paws - maybe in pink. I'll have to discuss this with mombean. For now I'll just enjoy the spotlight.

Bono: I hate dat camera, so I am ignoring it. Dadbean, what do you have in your hands? I think it's something I just can't ignore.


Moe: This means we gotta check this out more carefully, can't miss any opportunity.


Mike: Yeow, dadbean, down here. I am your favorite mancat, right?


We better get together on this. All together now......CHEESE!


Yummmmmm, nice of dadbean to share some of his cottage cheese....it's the best!

about the day and poem

Our 'beans nephew has just returned from Afghanistan from his second tour of duty there, we are very thankful for his safe return. Today we commemorate and remember all those who have given service and some their lives in wars and the many peacekeeping duties in which Canada has been involved.

Bon Bon: you should always investigate any plastic shopping bags that your mom hides in her bedroom. First I dragged out the nice toys I found in there


I got the toy bag open, but didn't find what I was looking for.

Oh, great! Temptations - am I lucky or what!

Wait a minute, I smells something even more exciting.

There, I almost have it! Just a second more, and it's mine, all mine!

Now off to my secret hiding spot.

Darn it all, there's Mindy on the stairs. I am caught with the goods.

Maybe if I rush back to the bedroom, she won't follow me.

Hooray, I gots the bag open!

Nom, nom.....my favourite - Party Mix. These are not like ordinary Temptations, these are the very best!!

Uh oh, I have company - Moe wants some too.

I'm willing to share, so everybody got some.

Aren't these worth all the extra effort? They were at the bottom of the bag, of course, but there's no way I could resist........well you all know what I mean.

Moe: I tries to do a good job of watching for introoders while I look out of da window. Then up pops dat flashy box. Yes, it's outside - where I can't reach it.

Ugh, she caught me chewing da leafs, even if dey are prickly roses. We haven't had fresh flowers in da house in ages. I couldn't resist. I don't understand mombean just looking at dose flowers and not trying dem out.

Mindy Helps

Mombean was setting up her sewing machine.



This type of activity requires help from me. I needed to supervise hemming the blue jeans. Without my help and added furs and of course, precise positioning, the task would not have been completed so expertly. I am glad I got there in time to help and guide mombean.
