The 'good news' is that our fur cousin,Georgia, is going to be just fine!
Her lab results are back and everything is normal, yay!
However, she still needs fluids and her vet is going to monitor her for another day or two. Her human 'mom' and three kitty house mates are extremely happy!
We have more good news at our house, the snow is all but gone!
......and, we have some lovely daffodils to cheer us up.
It is May after all!

I am waiting for my humans to give me a tummy rub.

Do I hear the sounds of our pheasant looking for his breakfast?
It comes to our feeder every day.
Moe
Where are you Mike?
Mike
Um, not far away
We should make a plan
Got any ideas how we can break into that container where our food is stored?
I broke in before, so I know it can be done.
Moe: Last time I succeeded, it was because I pushed the container off the shelf, and the cover flew off. Our food was all over the floor! Success!
However our dadbean put a bungie cord around it, so now it is firmly attached to the shelf.
Mike: Perhaps some of our visitors know a good way to get around this obstacle and finally get a snack - just a little snack.
Have a great weekend everyone!

We read the good news about Georgia and are thrilled. We're continuing to send purrs and purrayers to her and hope she'll be fine once she's recovered, nothing like this ever again.
ReplyDeleteHurrah for the snow being gone (almost) and for daffodils! It makes everyone feel so much better, Spring's arrival. We're right in the middle of "summer" now, but should be cooling down this week, thank goodness.
Never mind a plan to break into the container, now firmly tied, how about a plan to have that pheasant for breakfast????
I'm so glad Georgia is going to be okay!
ReplyDeleteWe are glad Georgia is OK.
ReplyDeleteUmmmm if only one of you had thumbs!
That is great news that Georgia is doing well.
ReplyDeleteWe did a happy dance for Georgia!
ReplyDeleteHow about nibbling through the bungee? That might work...
Y'all are looking mighty fine! We did a happy dance when we heard the good news about Georgia!
ReplyDeleteHey furcousins. I was at the Vet today to get fluids. I didn't like that.
ReplyDeleteHowever, Mom was excited tonight because I pooped.
Can you imagine getting excited over something we do every day?
OK, so I have not been pooping, but still, she made a fuss! Sheesh.
I am feeling better though.
Purrs Georgia
