Moe says: I should back up on my story a bit. You see, one night this week granbean woke up because she heard me running around like crazy in the dark. She says she knew it was me because Mindy was sitting quietly nearby and jes listening to the racket as well. In the morning she complained to my beans that I was making lots and lots of noise running around and playing in the middle of the night. Sonbean soon discovered the reason (he thinks!) the next morning and told mom he found something furry by the back door. Yep, it was a small mousie, very dead, because it had no head or tail. I got the blame. You see, no one knows for sure it was my fault and I'm not saying anything.
P.S. Roxy says Angus is feeling so put out because he is an indoor cat and can't ever be the "mighty mancat hunter". Well Angus it IS possible. I do my hunting indoors, but that means I am admitting I am the one that 'did in' that mousie.
Moe!!!!!!!!!!!!! You got a mouse? That is so cool!!!! I hear them sometimes, but I have not seen any :(
ReplyDeleteHow did it taste ? heeheehee
Purrs Mickey
Oah My~!
ReplyDeleteA mouse~!
That is neat~!!!
You are a great hunter!!!!! You even cut of the mouse head, COOL!!!
Wow! You might want to tell Angus you caught that mouse indoors, Moe. He is feeling a little put out that he can't ever go outsie again and be a might mancat hunter. You are proof that he can be.

ReplyDeleteWhat a good hunter you are Moe!
ReplyDeleteWay to go Moe, get them mousies if they come insdie. I do that too. Mum is happy when I get the mousies in the house.
ReplyDeleteWow, I am very impressed! And a little envious!
ReplyDeleteYou had an exciting evening! Sometimes little lizards get into my house, so it is true that you can be an indoor hunter.
ReplyDeleteMoe, you are an inspiration! Wow, I've seen some little bugs in the cottage, like roly polies and earwigs and even a silverfish, once, but I've never seen any critter that was actually furry..but since it's warm weather, perhaps one will venture indoors..or maybe I can finagle some seed....hmmm. Thanks for the idea, Moe!
ReplyDeleteIf der aren't any live one's (Zippy sometimes brings dem in fur us) den we stalk and hunt da stuffed ones...we like indoors better den out anyway.
ReplyDeleteWay to go Moe! :) xxx
ReplyDeleteWow! It sounds like you are a great hunter, Moe! We've never seen a real, live mousie.
ReplyDeleteA mousie in the house? You are great to catch it right away!
ReplyDeleteGood for you to keep looking, Moe. Usually if you have one mousie, there's more. So if you can hunt them down for your beans, that would be very good!
